Troubleshooting Technical Issues


Refresh the Page: Refresh the page and check if the problem persists.

API Keys: If the problem concerns trading bots, make sure your API keys are correctly generated and connected. Follow the step-by-step instructions for connecting API keys.

Trading Bots: If the issue pertains to the bot's operation, check the bot logs or provide us with the bot ID or user ID for new bots.

On-chain Data Delays: If the problem involves delays in on-chain data, ensure that the delay is within norms. 30-minute delays may be normal for on-chain metrics due to Bitcoin block cycles.

Browser Analysis: If you're using a browser on your computer and the problem persists, follow these steps:
1. Specify the browser you're using.
2. Right-click on the screen (but not on the chart) and select "Inspect" or "Zbadaj element".
3. Navigate to the "network" and "console" tabs and perform the action that caused the error.
4. Take screenshots from the "network" and "console" tabs and send them to us for analysis.

Other Errors: If you encounter other non-standard errors or have feedback, you can also provide a screen recording with optional commentary. After receiving the information, we'll diagnose the problem and try to fix it as quickly as possible.

Forgot Password: If the issue is related to logging in, try resetting your password.
