Regulations for the Incentive Program: Exotic Trip

§1. Organizer

The incentive program is organized by MaxData App LTD, available online at MaxData.app and Buy the Dip (btd.maxdata.app).

§2. Participation

Only registered users of the MaxData.app and Buy the Dip (btd.maxdata.app) platforms can participate in the program.

§3. Qualification Criteria

Participant qualification for the incentive program is based on meeting the following criteria:


1.1. Top marketing partners: users who generate within six months:

1.1.1. At least 20,000 points - qualify for a full reward package, including covered accommodation and flight reimbursement for a round trip.

1.1.2. At least 10,000 points - qualify for covered accommodation, with the option to purchase the flight at their own expense.

1.1.3. At least 5,000 points - qualify to participate in the trip at their own expense, under the conditions provided by the organizer.




1.2. Top traders on the platform: users who generate the highest profit within six months:

1.2.1. Group X - Users with the highest USD profit, who also rank in the top 2X in percentage (%) profit, receive full accommodation and round-trip flight. Number X is defined as 1/3 of all users qualifying from section 3.1.1.

1.2.2. Group Y - Users with the highest percentage (%) profit, who also rank in the top 2Y in USD profit, receive accommodation with the option to purchase the flight at their own expense. Number Y is defined as 1/3 of all users qualifying from section 3.1.2.

§4. Scoring Rules

Results are based on the generated turnover points and profit value measured from the program's start date to the end date.

1.1. Affiliation points are calculated as follows:

affiliation points = sum of direct affiliation impact measured in USD x 0.75 + sum of indirect affiliation impact measured in USD x 0.25


1.2. To have profit points counted, users must connect their exchange API and start trading through MaxData.app automation.

§5. Prizes

The program prize is a stay at an exotic location, with accommodation, marketing and trading workshops, networking, and an optional flight.

1.1. Examples of exotic locations: Thailand, Maldives, Kenya.

1.2. There is no maximum number of participants for the trip.

1.3. During the stay, each participant will be asked to conduct a one-hour workshop for other trip participants. Workshops can cover topics like marketing, speculation, trading, psychology, etc.

§6. Prize Distribution

Prizes will be awarded and distributed after verifying that at least 10 participants have met the qualification criteria, from the program's start date to the present day.

§7. Trip Schedule

The exact trip date will be announced after the prizes are distributed. The trip is scheduled no earlier than 3 months and no later than 7 months after the prize distribution date.

§8. Final Provisions

Participation in the program implies acceptance of these regulations and a commitment to adhere to their terms.

The organizer reserves the right to change the regulations for valid reasons.

In the event of disputes related to the program, the organizer has the final decision.

Joining the program is tantamount to accepting all of the above conditions.
