What to do if I paid by mistake?

Sometimes, you might make a payment accidentally. Don't worry, there's a way to fix it. Here's what you need to know about refunds in MaxData.app:

Accidental Card Payment

- You have 3 days from the payment date to report the need for a refund.
- The refund process may take up to 14 business days.
- Please note that due to payment processor fees, the refund will be reduced by approximately 5% of the transaction cost.

Accidental Cryptocurrency Payment

- Just like with card payments, you have 3 days to request a refund.
- The refund process may also take up to 14 business days.
- Refunding in cryptocurrencies includes blockchain network transaction fees.

Keep in mind that the user bears the cost of the refund.

How to Cancel Your Subscription?

Go to your user profile.
Click on the subscriptions tab.
Cancel the subscription.

Remember that you can also upgrade to a higher plan, receiving a discount for any unused funds from your previous payment.
