What to do if I paid by mistake?



Sometimes, you may accidentally make a transfer. Don’t worry, there is a way to fix it. Here's what you need to know about refunds on MaxData.app:

Accidental card payment



- You have 3 days from the payment date to request a refund.
- The refund process can take up to 14 business days.
- Keep in mind that due to payment processor fees, the refund will be reduced by approximately 5% of the transaction cost.

Why don’t we offer refunds after the specified period?



Affiliate partner commissions: Part of the funds is allocated for commission payments to our affiliate partners, which is an integral part of our business model.

Server maintenance costs: Another portion of the funds is invested in expanding and maintaining server storage. This is essential to provide every user with the necessary computing power, which is crucial for the efficient operation of Pro Alerts and trading bots.

Accidental cryptocurrency payment



- Just like with card payments, you have 3 days to request a refund.
- The refund may also take up to 14 business days.
- The cost of a refund in cryptocurrencies includes blockchain network transaction fees.

Please note that the user bears the cost of the refund.

How to cancel a subscription?



Go to your user profile.
Click on the "Payments" tab.
Cancel the subscription.

Remember, you can also upgrade to a higher plan and apply unused funds from the previous payment as a discount.
